Inaugural Class · Summer 2026
Internship Program
Building the next generation of leaders through real-world experience, mentorship, and exposure to the mission-critical industry.
About the Program
Overwatch launched its inaugural internship program in Summer 2026, a six-week immersive experience designed to give university students meaningful, real-world experience across the Overwatch organization. Interns gained exposure to corporate functions, operating companies, and the mission-critical data center industry while contributing to real projects and initiatives.
The program was built on the same principles that define Overwatch: mission-driven purpose, veteran-led culture, and an uncompromising commitment to excellence. Participants gained hands-on experience, direct access to senior leadership, professional mentorship, and a deeper understanding of the people and functions that keep a growing organization moving.
We are proud of what our first class accomplished and are building this program to grow year over year. To be considered for a future cohort, use the application form below.
