There is no limit to how many people you can refer. The more successful referrals you make, the more you can earn. Plus, the employee with the most qualified referrals hired by the end of 2026 will receive a $10,000 grand prize.

How to Refer
Referrals are now submitted through our Referral Platform. Referrals not submitted through the Referral Platform will not be eligible for payment.

Log In
Log in with your Overwatch email credentials (SSO).
Step 3
Start Your Submission
Click 'Submit a Referral' on the left-hand side and complete the required form with your referral's information and the requested role. Your referral's resume MUST be included for submission.
Step 4
Track Your Referrals
Navigate to the platform homepage and click "View Your Referrals" to check the status of your referrals.
Employee Referral Bonuses
Every successful hire earns a $2,000 referral bonus. Refer five successful hires within one calendar year to earn an additional $2,000 bonus.

Earn $2,000 for every successful hire you refer through 12/31/2026.

Refer 5 successful hires in a calendar year and get an extra $2,000. That's $12,000 total for 5 hires!

Who Makes a Great Referral?
Think about people in your network who have these qualities, even if they've never worked in a data center before. You know what it takes to be an Overwatcher.
Great Candidates Often Have
Military or veteran background with technical MOS
Electrical, HVAC, or mechanical trade experience
Construction, industrial, or facilities maintenance background
Strong work ethic and reliability, they show up every day
Interest in learning new skills and earning certifications
Willing to work shifts, including nights and weekends
No Data Center Experience? No Problem.
Many of our best team members came from outside the data center industry. If your referral has transferable skills from the military, construction, electrical, or HVAC trades, they could be a strong fit.
Refer them even if you are unsure which role fits their experience. Overwatch will evaluate their background for available opportunities, and you can earn the full referral bonus once all program requirements are met.
The Fine Print
First Come, First Served
If multiple employees refer the same person, the first submission gets the credit.
Fair Play
If you're part of the hiring decision, your referral is ineligible for a bonus.
