A co-founder and driving force behind DCAC (Data Center Anti-Conference), David has helped turn it into a global event that challenges traditional industry norms and spotlights the people, ideas, and infrastructure pushing digital innovation forward. He's guided the expansion of DCAC from Austin to Dublin, scaling it into a movement that brings leaders and emerging talent into bold conversations.

Before Overwatch, David held roles in construction management, procurement, and program leadership, developing risk management models, supply chain frameworks, and project execution strategies across the data center and built environment sectors. His expertise spans MEP coordination, operational readiness, and large-scale infrastructure. David holds the CDCP (Certified Data Center Professional) certification, aligning his strategic vision with technical rigor.
