Peter Ziesmann is a technology and transformation executive with extensive experience leading complex programs at the intersection of technology, operations and business strategy. Throughout his career, he has focused on turning emerging technologies into practical, scalable solutions by aligning people, processes and technology around measurable business outcomes.
Before joining Overwatch Mission Critical, Peter spent more than six years at Dell Technologies, where he led strategic transformation programs spanning product management, AI and machine learning, cloud infrastructure, customer experience and global services. His work included leading complex cross-functional programs from development through deployment, establishing performance and reporting frameworks, and overseeing AI-enabled modernization initiatives across large-scale global operations.
His work at Dell also included predictive AI and machine learning initiatives designed to improve infrastructure services, operational efficiency and customer experience. He helped lead programs involving AI/ML governance, MLOps, observability, process optimization and services modernization, connecting technical innovation with real-world operational performance.
Today, Peter serves as Senior Vice President of Technology Operations at Overwatch Mission Critical, where he leads technology strategy and modernization across the organization. His responsibilities span technology stack modernization, agentic AI strategy and deployment, business intelligence, IT operations, security and compliance. In this role, he helps build the technology foundation needed to support Overwatch’s growth while ensuring systems, data and operations remain aligned with the needs of the business.
