Kirk Offel is the founder, managing partner, and CEO of OVERWATCH Mission Critical, an Austin, Texas based strategic data center consulting and owners' representation services to the mission critical and telecom industries. He is a mission critical industry expert with over two decades of experience served in various executive roles throughout his career, working with a range of Fortune 1000 companies and major data center providers around the world, including: Medtronic, Active Power, Eaton Corporation, Hewlett-Packard’s Technology Services Consulting practice (EYP), CyrusOne Data Centers, NOVA Mission Critical, and Aligned Data Centers. Kirk is also the founder of the Data Center Austin Conference, an industry-leading technical summit.
He is also a veteran and a member of the “Class of 2010 Military Top 40 under 40” after serving 5 years in the U.S. Navy. Kirk's journey in this field began in 1995 with his service in the US Navy on the Nuclear Fast Attack Submarine SSN-691, laying the foundation for over two decades of substantial contributions to the industry.

As its main host, he engages in strategic discussions with industry leaders and pioneers, offering deep insights into the evolving landscape of data centers and related technologies. These conversations reflect his dedication to exploring the forces shaping the technical world as we approach the Fifth Industrial Revolution (5IR) which aims to foster harmonious and synergistic collaboration between humans and emerging technologies. He has a proven track record of driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and earning accolades for leadership and execution. As COO of Overwatch, Joseph previously served as Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Revenue Officer, playing a key role in scaling operations and optimizing go-to-market strategies. Committed to giving back, he serves on the board of the Overwatch Veterans Alliance Foundation (OVAF). He holds a B.A. and M.B.A. from Saint Leo University.
Retired U.S. Navy SEAL Mike Sarraille is a 3x best-selling author and 3x Global Top 30 keynote speaker, ranked #9 in the world in 2025, and an expert in leadership, culture, warrior mindset, and high-performing teams. Mike founded Talent War Group and now serves as Chief Talent Officer at Overwatch Mission Critical. He has authored works including The Talent War, The Everyday Warrior, and Scarlett’s Big Shot, and hosts Sports Illustrated’s Everyday Warrior Nation podcast and column. Mike leads Legacy Expeditions, which has set 4x world records, and champions veteran nonprofits.
Chris is recognized for his strategic acumen, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of enhancing financial performance. With a diverse experience across various industries, Chris brings a unique perspective and an exceptional ability to navigate complex financial landscapes. His professional journey includes key financial roles contributing to his broad expertise and leadership capabilities. Chris holds a BA in Political Science from Columbia University, an MBA in Finance and Accounting from NYU Stern School of Business, and a JD from Rutgers Law School. Chris Gwiazda’s extensive background and proven expertise make him a key asset to Overwatch, driving financial success and operational efficiency.
Jesse brings a unique insight into project planning and delivery, having worked in the trenches with each of the trades, as well as having managed multimillion-dollar projects as a GC. With over 10 years of mission-critical experience, he has built for every large colocation provider as well as a majority of the FAMGA. Jesse has overseen the coordination of over 1,000 contractors and a supply chain valued at over 400 million dollars.
Karli is a former US Air Force Cryptologic Language Analyst, proficient in 6 languages. She has spent the last decade in both talent acquisition and executive talent development. Karli is known in the Talent Acquisition space for designing, building, and executing complex strategies to help business leaders plan, attract, retain, and develop top talent while helping teams achieve exceptional business results. Her experience spans multiple industries within corporate and agency settings and in varying stages of growth and transformation. She earned her bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Maryland and is considered an SME in all aspects of veterans’ transition efforts.
