Kirk Offel is the founder, managing partner, and CEO of OVERWATCH Mission Critical, an Austin, Texas based strategic data center consulting and owners' representation services to the mission critical and telecom industries. He is a mission critical industry expert with over two decades of experience served in various executive roles throughout his career, working with a range of Fortune 1000 companies and major data center providers around the world, including: Medtronic, Active Power, Eaton Corporation, Hewlett-Packard’s Technology Services Consulting practice (EYP), CyrusOne Data Centers, NOVA Mission Critical, and Aligned Data Centers. Kirk is also the founder of the Data Center Austin Conference, an industry-leading technical summit.
He is also a veteran and a member of the “Class of 2010 Military Top 40 under 40” after serving 5 years in the U.S. Navy. Kirk's journey in this field began in 1995 with his service in the US Navy on the Nuclear Fast Attack Submarine SSN-691, laying the foundation for over two decades of substantial contributions to the industry.
Kirk enriches the industry dialogue through the Data Center Revolution Podcast. As its main host, he engages in strategic discussions with industry leaders and pioneers, offering deep insights into the evolving landscape of data centers and related technologies. These conversations reflect his dedication to exploring the forces shaping the technical world as we approach the Fifth Industrial Revolution (5IR) which aims to foster harmonious and synergistic collaboration between humans and emerging technologies. Without data centers… there is no AI as Data centers serve as the sky for the cloud and the launching pad for AI. Karli is a former US Air Force Cryptologic Language Analyst, proficient in 6 languages. She has spent the last decade in both talent acquisition and executive talent development. Karli is known in the Talent Acquisition space for designing, building, and executing complex strategies to help business leaders plan, attract, retain, and develop top talent while helping teams achieve exceptional business results. Her experience spans multiple industries within corporate and agency settings and in varying stages of growth and transformation. She earned her bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Maryland and is considered an SME in all aspects of veterans’ transition efforts.

Joseph is a strategic global business leader with expertise in enterprise technology, digital transformation, and Fintech. He has a proven track record of increasing revenue and improving market share and has received numerous awards for his performance. Prior to his current role, Joseph was the Chief Revenue Officer for a Fintech company, where he was able to increase revenues and position the company for acquisition. In addition to his professional affiliations, Joseph serves on the board of the Strategic Account Management Association. He holds a B.A. in Business Administration and an M.B.A. from Saint Leo.
Sam joined OVERWATCH as Chief Financial Officer in September 2022. Prior to this, he served as Interim CFO of Digital Crossroads, and before that, he was CFO for several companies in the real estate and environmental industries. Sam is a Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of Illinois State University.

Jesse brings a unique insight into project planning and delivery, having worked in the trenches with each of the trades, as well as having managed multimillion-dollar projects as a GC. With over 10 years of mission-critical experience, he has built for every large colocation provider as well as a majority of the FAMGA. Jesse has overseen the coordination of over 1,000 contractors and a supply chain valued at over 400 million dollars.

Anthony leads the Hyperscale Business Development at OVERWATCH, which is focused on driving strategic business relationships with the Data Center Industry largest players. Before joining OVERWATCH, Anthony worked as a Principal Technical Program Manager for Oracle Cloud, where he created a Veteran employee resource group and led the development of a diversity and inclusion action plan. Prior to Oracle, Anthony worked as a construction project manager and served 8.5 years in the US Army. He is currently based in San Antonio, Texas with his family and enjoys trail running and ranching in his free time.
With 20 years of experience in the construction and data center industry, Rob Daly brings a wealth of expertise and leadership to his role as President of Overwatch Construction. Prior to founding Overwatch Construction, Rob Daly was a partner and board member of a respected construction firm, where he played an instrumental role in driving growth and success. His deep understanding of the construction industry and data center market allowed him to inject the firm deeper into the mission-critical (MC) space, expanding its market presence significantly. Under his leadership, the firm expanded its market reach nationally, establishing itself as a trusted name in the industry.
