Overwatch spearheaded the development of a groundbreaking 26-acre, 180 MW master-planned data center campus in Ashburn, Virginia. Overwatch's approach resulted in the swift creation of a 368,000-square-foot data hall and the establishment of an initial 12MW of data center space, expandable to a staggering 80 MW, all achieved within an impressive six-month window. Upon completion, the campus offered over 1 million sq. ft. of space and drew redundant, critical power from two diverse 230kV Dominion substations.

This dynamic campus aims to meet the needs of hyperscalers, cloud service providers, and platforms, offering a highly scalable, adaptable, and resilient data center solution that aligns seamlessly with evolving industry requirements.
