Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our growing team. You will play a key role in leading and managing complex data center construction projects from pre-construction to completion, ensuring successful execution, adherence to budget and schedule, and the highest safety standards.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of assigned data center construction projects, including pre-construction, construction, and closeout phases.
- Collaborate with the Overwatch team, including superintendents, sub-contractors, engineers, and architects, to develop and implement comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Manage project scope, cost, and schedule, proactively identifying and mitigating risks and implementing corrective actions.
- Oversee contract management, ensuring compliance with all contractual agreements and specifications.
- Facilitate clear and consistent communication with all project stakeholders, including the owner, architect, engineers, subcontractors, and Overwatch team members.
- Monitor and report project progress, performance, and potential issues to senior management.
- Manage project documentation and ensure adherence to company quality standards.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and problem-solving.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record in data center construction projects.
- Strong understanding of all phases of the construction process, from pre-construction to closeout.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and manage diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in construction scheduling and cost estimating software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or a related field (preferred).
- Valid driver's license and a clean safety record.
